- ให้บริการหลังการขายสำหรับลูกค้าที่ใช้สินค้าสุขภัณฑ์และก๊อกน้ำ COTTO ทางช่องทาง Call Center
- ให้คำปรึกษาในเรื่องสินค้า Spec, การติดตั้ง, การแก้ไข, ราคา , นัดหมายช่าง
- รับข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆ และแจ้งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้า
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service (การให้บริการลูกค้า)
- มีใจรักงานบริการ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- ทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี
