Job Descriptions
1) ดูแล ปรับปรุง และแก้ไขปัญหางานประจำแผนกโดยรวมให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและสอดคล้องกันกับมาตรฐานและข้อบังคับ 2) ติดตามและปรับปรุงผลงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานประจำเดือนและประจำปีของแผนก 3) พัฒนาและปรับปรุง ประสิทธิภาพของผู้ขาย, ข้อมูลผู้ขาย และงานของแผนก 4) ทำความเข้าใจ ติดตาม และรักษา ข้อมาตรฐานสากลกับแผนงาน 5) ประสานงานและสื่อสารกับแผนกอื่น ๆ และ ผู้ขาย 6) ดำเนินการเพื่อการประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายและกิจกรรมไคเซ็น 7) ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนความสำเร็จของระบบ IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 และข้อกำหนด EKT แก่ผู้ขาย 8) สร้าง หรือ ปรับปรุง Forecast หรือ PO และแผนการรับสินค้าเพื่อควบคุมสต็อกสินค้าคงคลังให้เหมาะสมกับนโยบาย EKT AUTHORITY 1) Approve Forecast การสั่งซื้อ และ แผนรับสินค้า 2) ตรวจสอบการลงทะเบียนผู้ขายรายใหม่บนระบบ ERP 3) ตรวจสอบเอกสาร PPAP หรือระบบการจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลง ที่เกี่ยวข้องผู้ขาย 4) ตรวจสอบชื่อชิ้นส่วนใหม่ในระบบ ERP และทำลายผลิตภัณฑ์ที่หมดอายุ 5) ตรวจสอบราคาต่อหน่วยใหม่ของผลิตภัณฑ์ 6) ตรวจสอบรายงานการ Audit ของผู้ขาย 7) Approve ปริมาณการรับ การจัดเก็บ และการจ่ายสินค้า 8) ออก เอกสาร ใบร้องขอการซื้อ (PR) และ เอกสารการสั่งซื้อ (PO)
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี ด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือ อุตสาหกรรมศาสตร์ หรือ วุฒิน้อยกว่า ปริญญาตรีโดยมีประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานจัดซื้อหรือประสบการณ์ 4 ปีในงานอื่น ๆ
  2. เข้าใจระบบ ERP ของการจัดซื้อและคลังสินค้า
  3. Toeic score 450 up.
  4. Experience 1 year in concern task
  5. Male age between 23-30 year.
