Job Descriptions
1. ให้บริการข้อมูลและตอบคำถามลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับบริการขนส่งพัสดุ
2. ให้บริการลูกค้าทั้งทางโทรศัพท์ แชท และอีเมล์
3. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. เน้นบริการลูกค้าต่างชาติเป็นหลัก
ฐานเงินเดือน 20,000 บาท และ เบี้ยขยันรายเดือน 500-1000
สวัสดิการ

3. วันหยุดลาพักร้อน
เวลางาน: เป็นกะ (8.00-17.00 , 8.30-17.30 และ 9.00-18.00) , ทำงาน 5 วัน/สัปดาห์ (วันหยุดอาจไม่ตรงเสาร์อาทิตย์) **มีแต่กะเช้า**ไม่มีกะดึกหรือคร่อมดึก
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรี สาขาใดก็ได้ และสามารถเริ่มงานได้ "ทันที"
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับ ดี ถึง ดีมาก
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center หรือ Customer Service อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
