Job Descriptions

- Handle Process Change Notice (PCN) documentation and ensure compliance with change control procedures. - Review PCN requests, monitor supplier/customer performance, and resolve issues. - Respond to surveys on hazardous/prohibited substances (e.g., RoHS, ChemSHERPA); gather data, coordinate with Japan team, and report results to customers. - Support customer failure analysis requests by coordinating with suppliers, reviewing reports, and ensuring effective communication. - Visit customers for quality improvement activities and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. - Continuously update technical knowledge, especially in semiconductors, and share local insights with other branches. - Perform other assigned quality-related tasks

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Communicable level of English proficiency.
Basic knowledge of electronics and regulations on hazardous/prohibited substances.
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical, environmental compliance, or production roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Good logical and analytical thinking skills.
