Job Descriptions
1. ดูแลการสมัครและยกเลิกตำแหน่งงาน และดำเนินการวีซ่าทำงานสำหรับพนักงานคนจีนในระบบ BOI และ IEAT
2. ดูการแจ้งเตือนการรายงานตัวทุก 90 วันสำหรับพนักงานจีน
3. สรรหาพนักงานสำหรับทุกแผนก เฉพาะตำแหน่งเร่งด่วน ดำเนินการสัมภาษณ์และคัดเลือก
4. ดูแลการเข้างานและลาออก จัดทำสัญญาจ้าง ใบเตือน ลงโทษ และฝึกอบรม
5. ล่ามในการประชุมและแปลเอกสารประจำวัน
6. ทำงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บริหารมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- สามารถใช้ภาษาจีน-อังกฤษ-ไทย ได้ 2 หรือ 3 ภาษา
- มีประสบการณ์สรรหาบุคลากร 2 ปีขึ้นไป หรือมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในโรงงานที่ได้ BOI 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- เข้าใจขั้นตอนการทำ Work Permit และวีซ่าไทยเป็นอย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์ต้อนรับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานราชการ
- เข้าใจกฎหมายแรงงานไทยอย่างลึกซึ้ง มีประสบการณ์จัดการความสัมพันธ์พนักงานในโรงงาน
