Job Descriptions
Answering telephone and handling calls and inquiries professionally. Greeting visitors and ensuring the highest level of care to clients. Maintaining the appearance of the reception area and meeting rooms. Co-ordination/booking of meeting rooms.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any fields
  2. Some receptionist/coordinator experience
  3. Sufficient English skill
  4. A welcoming and friendly demeanor
