Key Responsibilities •Translate design concepts into technical specifications for garment production. •Create and review technical packs (Tech Packs) to ensure accuracy and completeness. •Collaborate with design and production teams to develop and refine garment samples. •Conduct fit sessions and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired fit and functionality. •Ensure garments meet quality standards, including fabric, construction, and finishing. •Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to garment construction and design. •Maintain up-to-date documentation of patterns, fittings, and adjustments. •Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure production timelines are met. •Stay informed on the latest garment technologies, production techniques, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Design, or a related field.
proficiency in garment construction, patternmaking, and grading.
Experience working with both manual and digital pattern-making tools (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of garment production processes and manufacturing techniques
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret and create technical drawings and specifications
Strong communication skills for liaising with teams and suppliers
Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and finishes used in garment production
