1. Analysis skills with an ability to transform the needs of business users and stakeholder into functional/technical requirement 2. Develops detailed documentation and specifications. 3. Assist Functional Lead to analyze user’s requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process management and reports. 4. Proactive team player with demonstrated problem solving and analytical reasoning abilities. 5. Develop test plan and test scripts and manage / follow up user for testing. 6. Qualifications

5 to 8 years of related experience in Business analysis, Consulting for Life Assurance on IBM AS400 system (on RPG language).
Having knowledge of Agency-Compensation will be an advantage.
Strong logical skill and analytical skill.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of AS400 environment and RPG programming language on AS400.
Possesses solid project management skills and user influencing and relationship building skills.
Knowledge on MS Office, MS Project and JIRA software.
