Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบและให้คำแนะนำให้พนักงานทำงานตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดทั้งในเรื่องการบริการและคุณภาพอาหาร เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้ลูกค้า 100%
- บริหารร้านให้เป็นไปตาม มาตรฐาน QSC
- การวางแผนเรื่องการสั่งสินค้า
- ตรวจเช็ค Inventory และวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน
- ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายภายในร้าน
- บันทึกและจัดทำรายงานการเบิก-จ่ายให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบบริษัท
- การวางแผนทางด้านยอดขาย กำหนดและบริหารนโยบายยอดขายของร้าน
- ติดตามและอธิบายโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการขายใหม่ให้พนักงานเข้าใจ เพื่อผลักดันให้สามารถทำยอดขายได้ตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการบริการดูแลลูกค้า
- มีทักษะในด้านการบริหารต้นทุน
- มีทักษะในด้านบริหารยอดขาย
- มีทักษะในด้านบริหารงานบุคคล
