Job Descriptions
1. บันทึกการเบิกจ่ายวัตถุดิบและสินค้า
2. เช็คสต็อคสินค้าและวัตถุดิบ
3. จัดทำใบกำกับภาษี
4. ตรวจสอบยอดเงิน COD
5. ตรวจสอบและติดตามพัสดุและสินค้าตีกลับ
6. ตรวจสอบและบันทึกการจัดส่งสินค้าต่อวัน/ต่อออเดอร์
7. หน้าที่ตามได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง, อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช.- ปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์, บริหารธุรกิจ, การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการทำเอกสารหรือธุรการโรงงานผลิตมาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรม Microsoft Office
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน ภายนอก ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ผ่านการทำงานในธุรกิจผลิตอาหารเสริม/สกินแคร์ มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สะดวกทำงานวันจันทร์ - เสาร์ เวลา 08.30 - 17.30 น.
