Job Descriptions
•Be familiar with the workflow of TISI. •Co-operate with shipping company and BOI for import permissions and clearance. •Co-operate with freight forwarder company / shipping and BOI for Import/Export clearance. •Report the cost of Import and Export shipment to make analysis of the cost and consumption •Extension for import machinery and materials •Import machine / machine spares under BOI (Report in eMT Online) •Submit document or yearly report to BOI dept. •Local sales process with BOI materials (BOI & Customs) •Scrap defect BOI materials (BOI & Customs) •Send out defect BOI’s materials back to overseas suppliers (BOI) •BOI related with Raw Materials, Machines and apply formula and cut Stock •Support all working administration duties as assigned by Head of Shipping and BOI •Coordinate and prepare all documents and reports related to BOI
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality Male or Female age 28 - 40 years old
  2. Bachelor's degree in International business or related field
  3. At Least 3 Years of for Experience BOI
  4. Good command Chinese or English language And Good communication Coordinator
  5. Have knowledge about other tax privilege (Advantage)
  6. Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel
  7. Have problem solving skill
  8. Must have ability to work sometimes in stressful circumstances.
