Job Description:
Core Responsibilities:
(1) Manage the electronic attendance system and review monthly attendance anomalies.
(2) Calculate salary, social security and Thailand welfare policies, etc.
(3) Design localized performance appraisal plans and track department implementation.
(4) Assist in tax declaration.
(5) Expand local recruitment channels in Thailand.
(6) Screen resumes, interview Thai employees, and manage recruitment.
(7) Design new employee induction training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have relevant work experience in Thai human resources.
- Be familiar with Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Be proficient in using Excel functions and data analysis skills.
- Those with Thai compensation and benefits certification are preferred.
