- Responsible for overseeing and guiding a team through all phases of a project, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and managerial skills to effectively plan, execute, and close projects. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimates. - Ensure that project objectives, scope, and deliverables are clearly defined and agreed upon by all stakeholders. - Coordinate with team members and departments to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. - Lead, motivate, and mentor project team members to ensure high levels of performance, collaboration, and engagement. - Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports.

Qualifications

Male/Female 30 years old or up.
Bachelor's degree or up in Industrial/Mechanical/ Engineering.
Requires at least 3 years of on the Six sigma project/activities.
Completed Six Sigma Black Belt training and successfully passed the certification exam to earn the Black Belt designation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Minitab, AutoCAD, SPC, quality control principles, QC 7 tools, and other statistical tools.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation.
Solid understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and process control flow charts.
Led Six Sigma projects focused on problem identification, data analysis, and solution implementation to enhance performance.
Experienced in using Six Sigma tools and techniques to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
Knowledgeable in both manual and automated measurement tools.
Familiar with project management methodologies and best practices.
Effective communication skills in English (Japanese will be advantage).
Demonstrated success in part qualification through a team-oriented and collaborative approach.
Skilled in teamwork, time management, and risk management.
Positive attitude with high adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
Proficient in creative thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
