Job Descriptions

1.Plan and manage the inspection process of incoming materials and components to ensure they meet quality standards. (วางแผนและควบคุมการตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบที่เข้ามา (Incoming Materials/Parts)) 2. Supervise and assign tasks to the IQC team for efficient workflow and productivity. (บริหารจัดการทีม IQC และกระจายงานตามความเหมาะสม) 3. Evaluate and improve the competency and skills of IQC inspectors. (ประเมินและพัฒนาศักยภาพของทีมตรวจสอบคุณภาพ) 4. Investigate quality issues and work with TQ & Logistics to resolve non-conformances. (ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบร่วมกับ TQ & Logistics) 5. Ensure accurate inspection reports and proper documentation of quality data. (ควบคุมและจัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจสอบและเอกสารต่างๆ อย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน) 6. Continuously improve IQC processes in accordance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards. (ปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการตรวจสอบให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ISO/IATF) 7. Participate in internal and external audits and ensure team readiness. (เข้าร่วมการตรวจสอบภายใน (Internal Audit) และเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบภายนอก (External Audit)) 8.Collaborate with engineering and production to prevent quality-related disruptions. ( ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรมและฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาคุณภาพที่อาจส่งผลต่อกระบวนการผลิต)

Qualifications

Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) in Production Technology, Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields (วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส.ขึ้นไป สาขาเทคนิคการผลิต, เทคนิคอุตสาหกรรม, ช่างกลโรงงาน, ไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IQC, QA/QC, or material quality inspection (มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IQC / QA / QC หรือควบคุมคุณภาพวัตถุดิบอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี)
มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีม หรือเคยเป็นหัวหน้าทีมมาก่อน (Team leadership experience is required)
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent automotive quality systems (เข้าใจระบบมาตรฐาน ISO 9001, IATF 16949 หรือระบบคุณภาพอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์)
Strong communication and coordination skills (มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และสามารถประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ)
English or Chinese communication ability is an advantage (หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
Problem-solving skills, and experience in automotive/electronics industry is a plus (ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและการตัดสินใจ/ ประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ หรืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์)
