Job Descriptions
1.Performing regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on a variety of production equipment 2.Analysing equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions 3.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute equipment upgrades, modifications, and installations 4.Providing technical support and training to production staff to ensure safe and effective operation of equipment 5.Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance 6.Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements in equipment engineering
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an equipment engineering or maintenance role, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry
  3. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, manuals, and diagrams
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Familiarity with computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data analysis tools
  7. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
