Job Descriptions
- จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย,
- จัดทำหนังสือรับรองภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย เพื่อประกอบการทำจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ
- จัดทำใบโอนเงินประจำสัปดาห์
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบใบสำคัญจ่าย, ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องจำนวนเงิน
- ติดตามบิลใบกำกับภาษีซื้อ-ใบเสร็จรับเงินจาก Suppliers
- รวบรวมเอกสารขาเข้า-ขาออก เพื่อจัดส่งสำนักงานบัญชี
- ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25-35 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Power point
- หากสามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ***
- มีประสบการณ์ 3-5ปี
