Job Descriptions

1. Manage daily order on online channel from own channel and market place platform (Website, Shopee, Lazada etc.) 2. Make delivery appointment with customer on online channel 3. Support CS team in case customer request to revise order or delivery appointment 4. Cooperate with delivery team to smooth delivery goods Cooperate with account and finance team to accurate customer payment data from online channel

Qualifications

จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่า สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, อักษรศาสตร์, มนุษย์ศาสตร์, หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีทักษะการต่อรอง มีจิตบริการ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
สามารถใช้งานระบบพื้นฐานขององค์กรได้และโปรแกรมพื้นฐาน (Microsoft Office, Google Sheet, Power Point) ได้
