Job Descriptions
-จัดทำและจัดส่งใบเสร็จ/ใบกำกับภาษี, ใบแจ้งหนี้, ใบเสนอราคา ค่าบริการ Airport Premium Service
-จัดทำเอกสารคืนเงินบริการกรณียกเลิกลิการจอง Airport Premium Service และทำรายการคืนภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 3%
-จัดทำเอกสารวางบิลลูกค้า Airport Premium Service และ follow up ลูกค้าเพื่อทำจ่ายให้ตรงรอบบริษัทฯ
-ทำเอกสารเบิกจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆภายในโครงการ
-รวบรวมเอกสารเพื่อเปิด Vender และจัดทำ Booking รับทำการจอง
-ติดตามใบหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย (ทวิ 50) จากลูกค้า
Qualifications
- เพศ : ชาย - หญิง
- อายุ(ปี) : 25 - 35
- ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในด้านเทคโนโลยีและคอมพิวเตอร์ : Microsoft Office
- มีทักษะและความสามารถทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษ : ดี
- มีรถจักรยานยนต์/รถยนต์ส่วนตัว
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ มีความอดทนสูง
