Job Descriptions
- Oversee and maintain In-House and Keyence Image Processing Systems within Sony Device Technology (Thailand). - Continuously improve and provide troubleshooting support for image processing systems based on requests from on-site engineers. - Coordinate closely with Image Processing Engineers from Japanese to ensure system alignment and technical collaboration. Develop and enhance machines focusing on image processing capabilities, ensuring high performance and reliability. - Write, modify, and troubleshoot vision inspection programs using Keyence Image Software and Microsoft Visual Basic, Integrate vision systems with factory automation equipment using communication protocols like RS-232, TCP/IP, EIP, and FINS. - Perform system testing, calibration, and fine-tuning to ensure accurate and reliable inspection results and diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and system performance. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and project reports.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  2. Hands-on experience with machine vision systems such as Cognex, Keyence, or Visco.
  3. Strong understanding of communication protocols like RS-232, TCP/IP, EIP, and FINS.
  4. Experience in programming with Visual Basic (VB.NET) and familiarity with Keyence XG-X Vision Editor is a plus.
  5. Intermidiate proficiency in English communication. (TOEIC Score prefer 600+ is a plus)
  6. Skilled in choosing machine vision and computer components based on project requirements.
  7. Excellent problem-solving abilities, team collaboration, and communication skills. Required Skills:
  8. Proficiency in Visual Basic programming.
  9. Strong Image Processing skills, including knowledge of cameras, lenses, and lighting systems.
  10. Basic PC skills, including knowledge of computer components, assembly/disassembly, and PC software troubleshooting.
