Job Descriptions
1. Drive and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support the company’s vision and long-term business goals. 2. Oversee the HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and general administration. 3. Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing guidance on organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning. 4. Promote and maintain a positive organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement and retention. 5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements i.e safety and environment. 6. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to guide decision-making and measure effectiveness of HR programs. 7. Support and lead internal audits, external labor inspections, and ensure readiness for ISO and other quality standards.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial position within a factory or industrial environment.
  3. Solid knowledge in both Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD).
  4. Strong strategic thinking and organizational planning capabilities.
  5. Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  6. Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and data-driven HR practices.
  7. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
