มีความสามารถใช้โปรแกรม 3ds max , Corona renderer , AutoCad, Photoshop เป็นอย่างดี
หรือ โปรแกรมอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานออกแบบภายในได้อย่างดี
* ทำภาพ Perspective 3มิตินำเสนอลูกค้าได้ ในคุณภาพที่ดี
* เข้าใจพื้นฐานงานออกแบบ สามารถเขียนและอ่านแบบงานบิ้วอิน (งานที่อยู่อาศัยเป็นหลัก )และ ออกแบบสัดส่วนได้ถูกต้องตามความเหมาสม
* วางแปลน และ วางLay out นำเสนอลูกค้า
* ออกแบบ 3D จัดทำพรีเซ็นท์ และเลือกวัสดุนำเสนอลูกค้า
* สามารถใช้ โปรแกรม Auto CAD/ Sketch up/ Illustrator และ Photoshop ได้อย่างเชี่ยวชาญ
* สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Render ได้อย่างเชี่ยวชาญ
* สามารถเขียนแบบก่อสร้างได้
* สามารถพรีเซ็นท์ลูกค้าได้
จะมีเข้าออฟฟิศบ้างเพื่อสรุปแบบ หรือมีออกหน้างานบ้าง แล้วแต่งาน สามารถออกแบบได้ทุกแบบ

- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์,มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- ขยันตั้งใจทำงานและมีแพชชั่นในงานออกแบบภายในประเภทที่อยู่อาศัย
- มีความรับผิดชอบเป็นอย่างดี
