Chasis Process design • Process route, flow, modular design •PFMEA analysis • Process card preparation • Process quota development (working hours, accessories, tools, etc.) • Joint process identification and management • Line-side logistics design 2. Process verification • Process document validation • Problems and improvements 3. Technical support and management • Operator training • Pre-evaluation of process execution 4. Process equipment development 5. Packaging process design • Packaging requirements • Packaging scheme design and review 6. Verification of packaging scheme • Packaging physical review, problem summary • Packaging scheme improvement 7. BOM accuracy evaluation and breakpoint management 8.
