Job Descriptions
We are IVF clinic base in Bangkok. Looking for international customer service coordinator. Provide comprehensive product and service information to customers Engage potential customers by answering questions, offering advice, and suggesting additional relevant IVF products and services. Open and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate records, Follow up customers and up-to-date information. Qualifications
  1. Good communication skills in Thai (spoken and written) and good proficiency in English.
  2. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage inquiries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
  3. Able to work in shifts 8h / 5 day services and occasionally - weekends
  4. Bachelor degree in any field
  5. New graduates are also welcome
  6. Positive and flexible attitude
  7. Service minded and able to work as a team
  8. Professional, proactive, positive and "can-do" attitude
