Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลการดำเนินงานประจำวันของหน่วยเงินเดือนที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 2.จัดทำข้อมูล Attendance และบำรุงรักษาไฟล์ให้แม่นยำ ครบถ้วน ทันเวลาในลักษณะที่เป็นความลับ 3.สื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสุภาพกับพนักงาน บุคคลากรผู้บริหาร และหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่ต้องติดต่อประสานงาน 4.ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อป้อนข้อมูล และเรียกคืนข้อมูลอย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว 5.เพื่อติดตามและบันทึกการเจ็บป่วยและการขาดงานอื่นๆ 6.เพื่อช่วยเหลือหัวหน้าฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและเพื่อนร่วมงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลในทุกๆกรณี 7.ดูแลผลประโยชน์ของพนักงานทั้งหมดและเบิกจ่าย การเรียกร้องค่ารักษาพยาบาล และผลประโยชน์อื่นๆ 8.ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานประกันสังคม 9.ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้านการบริหารและหน้าที่ที่เหมาะสมอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับคำแนะนำ 10.ปฏิบัติตามกฏระเบียบบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด 11.ดูแล Support กิจกรรม ISO 12.ปฏิบัติงาน CSR นอกสถานที่ได้ 13.ปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายอื่นๆ
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส.ขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์การทำ Attendance อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถเดินทางไปทำกิจกรรมนอกสถานที่กับทีมงานได้ ( CSR ต่างจังหวัด )
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Micro Officer ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  6. สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้ ( บริษัทไม่มีรถรับส่ง )
