- Coordinate and support the sales team in their daily activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations - Assist with the preparation of sales reports, data analysis, and other administrative tasks - Liaise with customers to address inquiries, respond to requests, and provide exceptional customer service - Participate in the planning and implementation of sales campaigns and promotional activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and act on opportunities for improving sales performance - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions - Provide support in the onboarding and training of new sales team members

Qualifications

At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a good grasp of Microsoft Office applications
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
