Job Descriptions

- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot injection molding processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. - Set up and validate new tooling, molds, and equipment for production readiness. - Analyze cycle times, scrap rates, and process variations, and implement improvements. - Collaborate with design, tooling, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues. - Monitor machine performance and conduct preventive maintenance planning. - Lead root cause investigations for part defects and process deviations. - Maintain and update process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. - Assist in the selection of materials and recommend design improvements for manufacturability. - Ensure all processes comply with safety and quality standards, including ISO and customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related field.
5-10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
Strong understanding of mold design, tooling, thermoplastics, and molding machines (e.g., Arburg, Engel, Husky, etc.).
Proficient in process optimization tools and statistical analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Good command in English.
