1. โทรศัพท์เพื่อสำรวจความพึงพอใจลูกค้าและเสนอสินค้า/บริการตามหัวข้อที่กำหนด
2. สรุปจำนวนการโทร และรายงานรายวัน
Qualifications
- วุฒิปวส. ขึ้นไป
- ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ (MS Office เช่น Excel พื้นฐาน)ได้
- มีใจรักงานบริการ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ทั้งน้ำเสียง วิธีการพูด และการจัดการอารมณ์
- มีความรับผิดชอบ
- หากสามารถอ่านเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษแต่ไม่จำเป็น
- ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1 ปี ในส่วนของ Office work, Customer service, Sales support, Call center and other related
