Job Descriptions
Draft and review various contracts and legal documents;
Provide legal advice to various functional and business departments;
Provide legal support for company management, labor compliance, etc.;
Monitor and Collect laws and policies related to the company's business;
Provide legal training to company employees;
Support external lawyer in handling potential or actual litigation/arbitration cases;
Handle other legal affairs as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in law from reputable university in China or Thailand.
- More than 2 years of work experience in a law firm or in corporate legal affairs.
- Be able to use English and Thai, or Chinese and Thai, as working language.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and execution, good communication and coordination skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Priority given to someone who has obtained a Lawyer’s License or is a member of the Thai Bar Association
