Job Descriptions

1. Be responsible for organizing the promotion and implementation of each module of the lean system of the Division. Including safety 9 + 8, standard operation, TPM, manufacturing quality, planning logistics (VSM lean value stream improvement, Kanban pull system, lean logistics) implementation guidance. 2. Systematically learn and master the lean management system of each module of lean production in the Division, and become a multi-module certification training instructor. 3. Organize, plan and promote the site improvement project of the factory, and carry out the site improvement week activities. 4. Participate in the preparation and revision of on-site lean training courseware for each module of lean. 5. Participate in the collection, collation and release of best practice cases in each module of Lean. 6. Participate in planning the promotion of lean culture in the factory. 7. Organize lean audit activities in the factory.

Qualifications

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, Systems Engineering, or other related fields.
Language Requirement: Proficient in both English and Thai; Chinese language skills are a plus.
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in lean manufacturing or relevant experience in production, process, quality, planning, etc.
Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Personality: Cheerful, a good team player, and able to work under pressure.
Learning Ability: Strong learning capability; after internal training, should be able to provide on-site lean module consultation.
Training Goal: To become a Lean Specialist.
Preferred Experience: Experience in automotive parts manufacturing is a plus.
