Job Descriptions

1) Be responsible for the formulation and maintenance of standard working hours of each product in the factory, calculate the efficiency of working hours, analyze the balance rate of production line, and propose the optimization scheme of production line to promote the continuous improvement of efficiency. 2) Evaluate the production capacity according to the monthly forecast production plan, identify and avoid the possible risks, formulate the capacity improvement plan and implement the countermeasures, and ensure the timely implementation of the countermeasures; 3) Be responsible for the overall layout and logistics route planning of the factory production site, and organize the appropriate adjustment of the production line that needs to be improved to ensure that it meets the requirements of lean production; 4) Be responsible for the implementation of the plant proposal improvement work, strive to create an atmosphere of full participation in the improvement, and ensure that the continuous improvement work is carried out continuously and effectively. 5) Be responsible for continuously exploring the most reasonable production mode under the existing production technology conditions, improving efficiency, eliminating waste, and promoting the continuous improvement of the production site. 6) Be responsible for the basic knowledge training of eight major wastes and industrial engineering in the factory. 7) Be responsible for other tasks temporarily assigned by the superior leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within foreign-invested enterprises or large-scale manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of operations management, quality knowledge, and familiarity with industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, and related disciplines.
Familiar with shop floor management practices such as 6S and the Eight Wastes, and able to plan production layouts and allocate personnel efficiently based on product characteristics.
Proficient in method study, work measurement, and man-hour calculation; familiar with the 7 QC tools and other process improvement techniques.
Project management experience is required, with the ability to effectively lead and implement improvement projects.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; clear thinking, high execution capability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Proficient in tools such as CAD and standard office software.
