Job Descriptions
- วางแผน ออกแบบ และดำเนินการฝึกอบรมให้กับพนักงานในสาขา ตามมาตรฐานขององค์กร - ติดตามผลการฝึกอบรม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการเข้าเรียน การสอบ และผลสัมฤทธิ์ของพนักงาน - ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาสื่อการสอนให้เหมาะสมกับรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย - จัดทำเอกสารรายงานและเสนอแนะเชิงกลยุทธ์จากข้อมูลฝึกอบรม เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
  1. อายุ : 30 - 35 ปี
  2. ระดับวุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  3. สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การศึกษา การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานฝึกอบรมในธุรกิจค้าปลีกหรือธุรกิจ ที่มีจำนวนพนักงานมาก อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  5. ใช้โปรแกรม Excel (รวมถึงการใช้สูตร, PivotTable, Dashboard ฯลฯ) เพื่อจัดทำรายงานการฝึกอบรมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้
