Job Descriptions
- Control the production process in process Plating to meet the target. - Plan and control the consumption of chemicals and sub-materials in process Plating and coating. - Supervise and Manage employees in the department in accordance with the production plan. - Analyze and improve problems in Plating process. -Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive down production cost, improve quality and productivity. -Ensure manufacturing process, parameters, and procedures are accurate and strictly followed to maintain the high standard of operations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, other types of engineering or related field and/or Sound Experience and/or knowledge in Electroplating.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience with strong technical skills in Plating Engineering and experience in jewelry industry will be an advantage.
  3. Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, cooperation and hard working.
  4. Able to use MS office program very well.
  5. No allergies to chemicals, No color blindness.
