Job Descriptions

1.Answer customers phone calls 2.Provide basic information and solutions to the customers/partners through phone calls. 3.Understand roles and business in a team so this person can indicate key team member to handle the cases, follow up and get back to customers/partners. 4.Back-log all cases from phones, follow up until cases done. 5.Work on ad-hoc assignments delegated by team.

Qualifications

ปริญญาตรี (สาขาใดก็ได้)
มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel พื้นฐานได้ดี
ทำงานเป็นทีมเวิร์คได้ดี
มีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
