Job Descriptions
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -Visual Merchandising Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive visual merchandising strategies that enhance the brand's presence and drive sales in-store and during retail activations. -Retail Experience Design: Support the design and implementation of retail experiences that prioritize functionality and customer engagement, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience. -In-Store Display Optimization: Design and arrange in-store displays to be both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, optimizing product placement and flow to maximize customer interaction and sales. -Systematic Approach: Implement systematic processes for visual merchandising, including standard operating procedures, guidelines, and checklists to ensure consistency and efficiency across all retail locations. -Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Design and Retail Experience Manager, marketing, product development, and retail operations teams to ensure alignment of visual merchandising efforts with overall brand objectives. -Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring all displays are up to date and meet PAÑPURI's brand standards. -Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing retail activations and in-store displays. -Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in visual merchandising and retail design, applying insights to enhance PAÑPURI's retail experience. -Data-Driven Insights: Utilize sales data and customer feedback to continually refine and improve visual merchandising strategies and retail experiences.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Exhibition Design, Interior Design, or a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Proven experience (+5 years) of professional experience in visual merchandising or retail experience design, preferably in luxury, fashion or wellness industries.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), 3D modelling software (SketchUp, AutoCAD) and other relevant design software applications.
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and design solutions.
  5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Excellent understanding of visual merchandising principles, customer experience optimization, and visual merchandising storytelling.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback to inform design decisions.
  8. Ability to develop and implement systematic processes and guidelines.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask, prioritize projects, meet tight deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  10. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
