• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and cold calling. • Maintain and build a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up daily on leads. • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline). • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients. • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement. • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective marketing strategies. • Prepare reports on sales and marketing metrics, conversion rates, and sales forecasts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, finance) to align sales and marketing strategies with company objectives. • Coordinate promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in the software industry (SAAS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, suitable English a must
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in ERP, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
Creative and out of the box thinker with a data-driven mindset and problem-solving abilities.
