Job Descriptions
- Conduct new Employee orientations, On the Job Training and other required training - Design Learning materials , including manuals, presentations - Organize training and development activities - Evaluate and summaries training effectiveness and Learning engagement - Maintain training records - Report Weekly and monthly
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Psychology, Organization Development , Education, or a related field.
  2. Have at least 0-1 years of experience in Human Resources Development ( HRD ) (Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome)
  3. If have experience in retails or consumer business will be advantage
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  5. Good command of both written and spoken English.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Service-mined, flexible and eager to learn
  7. Good in presentation skill and have proficiency in using presentation tools
