Beauty Butler Co., Ltd. is a trusted medical tourism agency helping international clients travel to Thailand for cosmetic and plastic surgery. We’re seeking a confident and compassionate Thai professional to join us as a Sales & Patient Care Coordinator. In this full-time role, you’ll work remotely but meet patients occasionally in Bangkok—so we’re looking for someone currently based in the city. Your mission? To guide our clients through their surgery journey in Thailand, from their first inquiry to post-op recovery. Key responsibilities Sales & Client Management • Respond to inquiries across email, social media, and messaging platforms • Provide detailed information on procedures, packages, and processes • Follow up with leads to convert them into consultations and bookings • Maintain accurate client data using CRM tools Patient Care & Support • Serve as the main point of contact for clients from inquiry to post-op care • Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and recovery logistics • Provide in-person support when clients are in Bangkok • Build warm, trusting relationships with each client Clinic Coordination • Schedule consultations and surgeries with clinics and surgeons • Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure seamless coordination • Share client information and handle follow-ups as required
Qualifications
  1. Female 25 - 40 years old (Thai nationality only) and currently based in Bangkok
  2. Cosmetic Surgery Background/ Knowledge
  3. Owns a car (preferred) or has easy access to transportation
  4. Experience in the medical, aesthetic, or beauty industry
  5. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
  6. Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
  7. Sales Experience
  8. Organized, emotionally intelligent, and able to work independently
  9. Comfortable meeting patients in person when needed
