Copacking plants of C2O in Thailand Or in any other city, based on First Can Food Facility in Thailand. Job Responsibilities: - Execute copacker-Novamex contact activities. - Supervise and be present during Novamex productions at different copacker facilities mainly in Thailand but not limited to that city. - Oversee the reception tasks of raw materials and packaging materials. - Periodically review the status of storage of packaging materials and raw materials at copacker warehouses. - Ensure that the packaging information matches the authorized mechanical drawings. - Follow up on complaints. - Lead complaint investigations, generate responses. - Conduct recall exercises. - Run traceability exercises. - Coordinate with external laboratories. - Conduct internal GMP audits. - Coordinate and manage Novamex audits. - Generate reports for Novamex Management. Skills: - Food and beverage production. - Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality and Safety Management Systems. - Thermal processing. - Food regulation (FDA, FSMA regulations, particularly 21 CFR 117 Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food). - Knowledge and interpretation of laboratory analysis results. - Internal and external auditing

Qualifications

Education: Technical or Food Engineer, Chemical Engineer, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the food industry in quality and production areas
Languajes: Bilingual: English (mandatory), Thai, Spanish (desirable)
Travel availability within the region
Availability: Full-time
