Job Descriptions
1. Thailand market channel operation, planning of support plan for passenger car retailers' tiered operation, formulation and optimization of retailer recruitment
2. Classification according to passenger car store labels, sorting out passenger car store portraits and store development words in stages.
3.Gathering Thailand training center, building a complete channel training system, developing face-to-face training courses, developing online graphic courseware for professional knowledge and case sharing, developing internal team training course system
4. Monthly statistical analysis of passenger car sales volume, sales structure size ratio, year-on-year and month-on-month comparison, and issuing analysis reports.
5. Monthly statistics and analysis of channel quality-related data such as passenger car product flow,store monthly activity classification, online procurement, and provide improvement suggestions.
6. Combined with the price dynamics of the company and competitors, analyze the profit situation of each level of the channel, and provide suggestions for improvement.
7. Provide data support for the promotion and operation and maintenance of Thailand's new retail system
8. Demand sorting and submission of system function optimization and development follow-up: Sort out system function development and optimize MRD documents according to business needs, follow up on system function development and online progress, and verify whether the functions meet the use requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, management, or related fields.
- Proficient in standard Mandarin for communication (in both Thai and Chinese)
- Proficient in computer operations and office applications
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing and sale management
- Good communication and expression skills
- Good software using skills in SAP, CRM, CDP and TMS
