Job Descriptions
1. วางแผนและสร้างคอนเทนต์ (ภาพนิ่ง / วิดีโอสั้น) สำหรับโปรโมทแบรนด์และอสังหาริมทรัพย์ของบริษัท 2. ถ่ายทำและตัดต่อวิดีโอคลิปสั้น (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) ลงบนแพลตฟอร์มต่าง ๆ 3. ดูแลและบริหารจัดการสื่อโซเชียลมีเดียของบริษัท (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line OA) 4 วิเคราะห์ performance ของคอนเทนต์ พร้อมปรับกลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่ม reach & engagement 5. ประสานงานกับทีมขายและทีมกราฟิก เพื่อให้เนื้อหาสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการตลาด
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีในสาขานิเทศศาสตร์, การตลาดดิจิทัล, การออกแบบสื่อ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Content Creation / Digital Marketing อย่างน้อย 1 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือทำเพจอสังหาฯ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) (มี Portfolio ผลงานคอนเทนต์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. ทักษะที่จำเป็น: ถ่ายทำและตัดต่อวิดีโอได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro หรืออื่น ๆ)
  4. ทักษะที่จำเป็น: เข้าใจการทำคอนเทนต์ให้เหมาะกับแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม (TikTok, IG, Facebook, YouTube)
  5. ทักษะที่จำเป็น: มีไอเดียสร้างสรรค์ เกาะเทรนด์ได้ไว รู้วิธีทำคอนเทนต์ให้ไวรัล
  6. ทักษะที่จำเป็น: มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี
