Working Days： Mon - Sat Key Responsibilities: Production Planning and Execution: Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to ensure on-time completion of production tasks, making adjustments in response to unforeseen circumstances. Team Leadership and Management: Lead the production planning team, assign tasks, guide team members in daily activities, and ensure efficient and smooth workflow. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, warehouse, quality, and production departments to ensure alignment between production plans and departmental needs, optimizing resource allocation. Resource and Inventory Management: Ensure that required resources (e.g., raw materials, equipment, personnel) are available on time, and collaborate with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels, ensuring no production delays due to material shortages. Production Efficiency and Process Optimization: Continuously optimize production planning processes, reduce production cycle times, increase efficiency, and meet production targets and KPIs. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze production data, monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide timely solutions, regularly reporting production plan status to senior management. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential production bottlenecks and risks, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensuring smooth production flow.
Qualifications
  1. At least 3 years of experience in production planning or a related field
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle pressure and make quick decisions.
  3. Strong knowledge of production planning, material management, inventory control, and ability to make effective plans and adjustments based on production requirements.
