Working Days： Mon - Sat Job Description: Supplier Sourcing and Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships with vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. Procurement Planning and Execution: Plan and execute procurement activities in alignment with production schedules, inventory levels, and business needs to ensure timely delivery and avoid production disruptions. Cost Management: Monitor procurement expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality. Collaborate with finance and production teams to manage budgets effectively. Purchase Order Management: Create and process purchase orders, track order status, and resolve any issues related to deliveries, quality, or discrepancies in a timely manner. Supplier Performance Monitoring: Track supplier performance metrics (e.g., quality, delivery time, cost) and ensure suppliers meet Haier’s standards. Address and resolve any performance issues with suppliers.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  3. Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase order management, and vendor relations.
