Working Days： Mon - Sat Key Responsibilities: Process Inspection: Conduct process inspections during various stages of production to ensure that manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and specifications. Commodity Inspection: Perform inspections of raw materials, semi-finished products, and final goods to ensure they meet required quality criteria before they are passed to the next stage of production or shipped to customers. Sampling and Testing: Collect and manage samples for inspection from production lines and finished goods inventory. Perform necessary tests and inspections based on established quality criteria and sampling plans. Quality Control Reporting: Record and document inspection results, including any non-conformities, deviations, and corrective actions. Prepare quality reports and provide timely feedback to the production and quality assurance teams. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the causes of quality issues and defects, collaborate with the production and engineering teams to identify solutions, and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Qualifications
  1. At least 2 years of experience in process inspection, commodity inspection, or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry.
  2. Solid understanding of quality control processes, inspection methods, and sampling techniques (e.g., AQL sampling).
  3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and deviations in processes and products.
