Job Descriptions
1. Operation & Maintenance Management • ดูแลและบริหารการทำงานของระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด • ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการทำงานของระบบผ่าน SCADA (Real-time Monitoring) • วิเคราะห์ Performance Ratio (PR), Energy Yield และ Efficiency ของโซลาร์ฟาร์ม • กำหนดแผนงาน Preventive Maintenance (PM) และ Corrective Maintenance (CM) 2. ทีมบริหารและมอบหมายงาน • วางแผนและกระจายงานให้กับช่างเทคนิคในทีม เช่น งานตรวจเช็กอุปกรณ์รายวัน/รายเดือน งานซ่อมบำรุง • ควบคุม ดูแล และฝึกสอนน้อง ๆ ทีมเทคนิคให้ปฏิบัติงานได้ตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพ • ตรวจสอบงานที่ทีมดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จ และแก้ไข/ให้คำแนะนำตามความเหมาะสม 3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting • ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า เช่น Solar Panels, Inverters, Transformers, Main Switchboards, Breakers, Protection Systems • แก้ไขปัญหา (Troubleshooting) และประสานงานกับ Vendor หรือ Supplier กรณีอุปกรณ์เสียหาย • บันทึกและสรุป Root Cause Analysis สำหรับเหตุขัดข้องที่เกิดขึ้น 4. รายงานและเอกสาร • จัดทำรายงานการผลิตพลังงานไฟฟ้า (Daily/Monthly Reports) • จัดทำบันทึกการซ่อมบำรุง, ตรวจสอบ และบันทึกค่าทางเทคนิค • รายงานการหยุดการผลิต (Downtime Report) และสรุปแนวทางป้องกันการเกิดซ้ำ 5. ประสานงานและสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค • ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การไฟฟ้า (MEA/PEA/EGAT) และหน่วยงานตรวจสอบระบบ • สนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคในกรณีมีการขยายระบบหรือติดตั้งอุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติมในอนาคต
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีใบ กว. (ใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม ระดับภาคีขึ้นไป) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการเดินระบบและบำรุงรักษาโซลาร์เซลล์หรือสถานีไฟฟ้าย่อย (Electrical Substation)
  4. มีความรู้ด้านการใช้งานระบบ SCADA และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางไฟฟ้า จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยทางไฟฟ้า (Electrical Safety Standard)
  6. มีภาวะผู้นำในการบริหารทีมงานขนาดเล็ก (3-5 คน)
  7. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
  8. ทักษะในการใช้ Microsoft Office
  9. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
