Job Descriptions
- ดูแลรับผิดชอบยอดขาย-ยอดโอน ให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนด
- ติดตามลูกค้าจากช่องทางต่างๆเพื่อให้ข้อมูลโครงการ และ ติดตามลูกค้าเก่า เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการปิดการขาย
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานทั้งภายใน และภายนอก (ธนาคาร กรมที่ดิน เป็นต้น)
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยโครงการและสำนักงานขาย
- สำรวจและเซอร์เวย์ อัพเดตข้อมูลคู่แข่งโครงการอื่นๆ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาดำเนินการงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายและรายงานผลทุกครั้ง
Qualifications
- อายุ 26-35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านงานอสังหาริมทรัพย์มาจะได้รับพิจาณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง การประสานงาน และมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีความตรงต่อเวลา กระตือรือร้น และมีใจรักในงานบริการ
