Job Descriptions
Who we are looking for: 1. Issue invoices and tax documents; follow up on outstanding payments from customers. 2. Record receivables and ensure the accuracy of related accounting entries. 3. Reconcile customer accounts and prepare monthly accounts receivable reports. 4. Calculate and verify applicable taxes, such as VAT. 5. Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and finance department to ensure timely collections. 6. Support month-end and year-end closings with relevant documentation and reports.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  2. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  3. Solid knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles
  4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Express, SAP, Odoo)
  5. Good command of English (written and spoken)
  6. Attention to detail and strong coordination skills
