Job Descriptions
Job Summary: The Production Manager oversees all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining quality standards, optimizing resource utilization, and supervising personnel to meet production goals in a safe and timely manner. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and control all production activities to achieve output, quality, and efficiency targets. • Develop and implement production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor workflow to meet deadlines. • Supervise, train, and mentor production staff; evaluate employee performance and provide feedback. • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies and compliance with regulatory standards. • Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, supply chain, and other departments to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement. • Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and initiate improvement projects to maximize productivity and reduce waste. • Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular performance and status reports for management. • Oversee inventory management for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock situations. • Manage production budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources. • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance among staff.
Qualifications
  1. Korean Nationality with Thai Language proficiency
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
  3. 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or production, with at least 3 years in a manager or supervisory capacity.
  4. Strong knowledge of modern manufacturing methods, quality systems, and lean manufacturing.
  5. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  6. Proficient in production planning software, MS Office, and ERP systems.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  8. Ability to work in a factory setting and walk or stand for extended periods.
  9. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
