Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: 1.Recruitment: Source and recruit qualified candidates to meet the company’s workforce needs. 2.Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes to identify the best candidates. 3.Internship Program Management: Coordinate internship recruitment by partnering with universities and educational institutions. Organize internship onboarding, training schedules, and performance tracking. Serve as the point of contact for interns, providing support and ensuring a positive internship experience. 4.Process Management: Prepare and manage all recruitment-related documents and workflows. 5.Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs. 6.Labor Market Analysis: Monitor labor market trends to improve hiring strategies. 7.Recruitment Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  6. Fluent in Thai and English
