Job Descriptions
1. Control the spraying of paint to be on time.
2. Check the readiness of all machines and equipment to be in a usable condition.
3. Check the readiness of raw materials such as paint, thinner, masking materials and parts to be sufficient for production.
4. Prepare WI work control documents, improve inspection standards, analyze operations and follow up on problem solving.
5. Control and supervise employee work areas by setting the layout of various work areas, such as damaged work, work awaiting consideration, etc.
6. Control production capacity, increase speed line, reduce robot cycle time.
7. Support activities of MPS, GMSA
8. Plan maintenance, set topics and daily, weekly, monthly and yearly schedules.
Qualifications
- Male
- 35-42 Year
- Bachelor of Engineering branch or related branches
- Experience 5 years up .
- Able to solve problems with Robots, Conveyor production lines and all work systems promptly
- Able to use Microsoft office (word, Excel, power point)
- Able to use Microscope measuring tools, color measurement devices
- Have knowledge of ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 systems
- Able to communicate in basic English
