-รับสายลูกค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น ด้านการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือโปรแกรม
-วิเคราะห์รวบรวม บันทึกข้อมูลเพื่อเป็นฐานข้อมูลในการทำรายงาน
-ส่งต่อปัญหาให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ติดตาม พร้อมปิดงานให้กับลูกค้า ** มีการฝึกอบรม เพื่อเรียนรู้ก่อนปฏิบัติงานจริง (ไม่ใช่งานขาย)
Qualifications
- กำลังศึกษา ปวส-ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด,บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ระยะเวลาฝึกงาน 3เดือนขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้
- มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี คล่องแคล่ว ว่องไว ในการติดต่อประสานงาน มีใจรักงานบริการ
- มีความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ เเละเเก้ไขสถานการณ์
